Rates for long term rentals (30+ ) nights are available. We try to rent Saturday to Saturday, but will make every attempt to accommodate your special travel dates and circumstances.

Off Peak Season Rates of US$750*/week plus tax are from Mid April until Mid Dec.
Peak Season Rates of US$975*/week plus tax are from Mid Dec until Mid April.
All short term rentals are subject to a 7% island guest tax.

Call us at 610-777-4292 and your booking and confirmation will be taken care of in only a few minutes while you are on the phone. If we are unable to take your call at that moment, leave a message and WE will call you back ASAP.

· Rates indicated above include: arrangements for you to be met at the point of entry on Montserrat, our Standard maid service (twice weekly, approx. 4 hrs each), and all linens, furnishings and utilities¹.
· Rates indicated above do not include: Any transportation, food, taxes, or automobile rental.
